December is here... and it feels like it's come around all too fast!

I just want to let everyone know that I will be shutting down for school holidays (Christmas and January) and will start back in February when the kids go back to school. As you can imagine, things get pretty hectic on farm in January, and trying to fit in kids, harvest and clients, I feel pulled in every direction and don't seem to do any job properly! (I think alot of you mums can relate!)

If you have urgent cases/desperate or need some advise or help, please don't hesitate to get in contact. There are always days that I maybe able to work something or fit something in... you never know! Or I may be able to put you in touch with another practitioner.

Hi everyone...
So I had to have some unscheduled surgery last Friday. This means i am out of action for a few weeks. I have recommended some of you onto another therapist, so feel free to pm me if you want any recommendations.

Here are some very good visuals about stretching and how to achieve some of these stretches. I have shown many of you some of these! Remember to only stretch your horses when their muscles are warm!!!
