Since my aim is to help people, not to make money. I am giving away this simple formula. If you have broken a bone anywhere in your body, or if you have osteoporosis or low bone density. Try this home made remedy of mine: Breaks and Bruises. Simply get some olive oil and some Lifestream Natural Calcium (Seaweed, Calcified: Lithothamnion calcareum) mix the two into a paste and rub it onto the skin in the vacinity of the affected bone. Do not rub all over your body all at once as the seaweed contains anaesthetic properties in high doses. It is a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory so will alleviate sprains. It removes bruises. It is also good for muscles and nerves in conjunction with transdermal magnesium. Must have high vitamin E content to work most effectively on bones, so you can mix the olive oil with grapeseed oil, or almond oil if you have the money. Grape seeds are good for the skin too.
