Farewell to Dr. Madi

This week, we say goodbye to Dr. Madi, who has been a wonderful asset to our New Plymouth and Stratford community. We sincerely thank her for her dedication and wish her all the best as she moves to Hastings. We know her patients will miss her greatly!

While we continue our search for a new Chiropractor, Dr. Paula will be available to see Dr. Madi’s patients at the following locations:

Your circulatory system will love this. It puts back into circulation fluids stored in your legs. Because of the calming effect, this is a great thing to do before bed.

It feels blissful and it’s easy to do!
• Simply sit on the floor facing the wall, use a cushion or blanket for padding if needed.
• Scoot your hips in close. Lie back.
• Extend your legs up and rest your feet on the wall.
• Relax.

Hold for as long as is comfortable.
