Good morning, I hope this finds you well. I'm letting you know that I have moved premises from Pukekohe to Drury. It's been a dream of mine to move my business home so I've had a log cabin built on my property and it's such a joy to work in. MMA Home Maintenance worked so hard to build this beautiful space, a huge thank you to the team, it's a very special and unique cabin and I look forward to continuing my massage practice here.
I am open over the Christmas break if you have some time off and a massage is just what you need to keep you relaxed and soothed. Also it makes a great gift idea for others.
The way the world has changed this year has affected everyone, from major life traumas to everyday shifts in how we act, think and feel and how we react to even minor things. What I have observed is how we as humans rise above the fear and uncertainty and connect with each other with love and kindness. I wish for you all some ease at this time, go a little slower through life, breathe more deeply and look around with different eyes.
Every day is a blessing that you are here.

Greetings, I'm letting you all know that I will be reopening my doors as of this Thursday. I am so relieved to be able to return to what I love and I am honoured by the kindness and support all my many clients have shown me throughout. This time has been so very stressful and anxious for everyone, I can imagine that many backs, neck and shoulders are in need of some TLC, mine included. I will be open from Monday to Saturday from next week 9am until 6pm. I look forward to being able to help.

Hi all, just wanted to touch base with everyone and advise that I have shut my doors today. I can no longer in good conscience continue to massage people with this virus circulating, I need to keep you all as safe as I can. As soon as the clear is given I will return to this new paradigm we find ourselves living in. As we walk through this together I have hope that we will all be the hero's in this story, the ones that are strong can help carry those that are not and that no one suffers alone. Bless each and every one of you as I know you are all good kind people.

Let's start this with a hello to you all, it's that time again to post on updates on what's happening for Hot Stone Therapy and myself as a massage therapist. First I'm really grateful to all who choose me to work on them, for all the referrals and recommendations and mostly for the joy I receive in giving you exactly what you need in that moment. I have some new things added to the clinic waiting room, I have a range of salt lamps available for sale, also bath bombs and bath salts. I'm also selling the Clinicians brand of high does vitamin c which is essential for the body during the winter months and soon there will be some natural liquid soaps available.
As for myself, I know personally the winter months, darker days and cold weather can make me blue. I know it will pass so in the meantime I do things that bring a little sunshine into my life, my children and grandbabies bring me that sense of belonging, my friends lift my spirits with a hug and a laugh and you my clients, new and regulars remind me how great it is to give all of yourself to another, to be present and and to let someone know they are seen and heard. Also a massage is the perfect remedy for what ails you. Bless you all, go well into the day, try and stay sane until nightfall.

Hi everyone, thought I'd pop on and update you on what's been happening for Hot Stone Therapy since my last post. It's been a fantastic 4 months at the clinic, Ive had some great success stories from regular clients experiencing constant headaches, shoulder and lower back issues and sciatic nerve pain release. The regular maintenance massages help so much in keeping you free from pain. It's been a real privilege to give people relief.
A wonderful friend, Jason from Flying Possum Design created a beautiful website for me Hot Stone Therapy , and set me up for Google my business, an easier way to find me and make contact.
I also want to let you know I am open over the Easter break, for those of you getting a mini holiday, come and have a massage to help relax and enjoy your time off. Thanks for reading, go well in your day and do one thing today that brings a smile to someone else's life.

Good morning to everyone, I wanted to update everyone on how the new massage space is going. I've been there 3 weeks now and it's a pleasure to go to work every day to a space that inspires me. All my life has been spent looking for something I can do that feeds my heart, something that I'm good at that makes people feel cared for and brings relief and also cares for myself. I've tried many things, most of them doing only half heartedly, so I'm very grateful to all of you who have been for a massage and that I've been able to help in some way.
I am open over the Christmas break, between Christmas day and New Year and from the 2nd of January onwards. Christmas is 10 days away so if you are still searching for that last minute gift I have vouchers available. And as a special offer before Christmas if you purchase 2 one hour massages for others you get a one hour massage for free.

Hello to all, after a week of preparation I'm in my new clinic space at Level 1, 8 Roulston St, Pukekohe. It's come together beautifully with so many people to thank for their support and help. It's exciting and scary to begin again in a new place and so I invite you all to come spend some time in my new rooms and have a massage. Life gets busy and a massage treatment can soothe a tired body and mind. I am open through the Christmas period for all those people having to work through as well, book in a massage to give yourself some well deserved pampering and a way for you and to keep your body stress free.

Hot Stone Therapy is moving premises.
Hi everyone, I'm very excited to let you all know that I am relocating to a new clinic room in Pukekohe on the 19th of November. I will be located at Level 1, 8 Roulston St, Pukekohe. I will be in the Masonic building, which is opposite Animates on Massey St. I want to take this time to say thank you to Lisa Julian for supporting me in starting up my business, her encouragement and support enabled me to build my practice to what it is today. I shall miss the energy and enthusiasm from all the women that come to her classes. And speaking of those women, a heartfelt thank to you all, those that have tried my services and continue to come back, for all your referrals and kind words. I hope to see you at my new space which offers me an opportunity to expand the business into one that focuses on the body, mind and soul whilst continuing to provide that tailored massage treatment to suit your needs. I will be posting a photo of the clinic room when it has been dressed. Also in the meantime, I have gift vouchers available for anyone you know that needs a massage treatment.
