It is with great pleasure that we would like to introduce you to this amazing soul Hayley, who has over 20yrs experience in the natural health field.
Please come in and give her a warm Stratford welcome, she looks forward to meeting you all along the way.

HI,💁‍♀️ - I'm so excited to now be part of the team here at this beautiful wellness space. 💫
I'll be here in store Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to assist and support you with any health concerns you may have.

For those of you I haven't meet yet, I'm Hayley - an holistic health practitioner based here in Taranaki.

I'm really passionate about supporting people to feel more energised, balanced, and connected within themselves using gentle, natural approaches.

With experience in holistic detox support, nutrition consultation, Reconnective Healing, Homeobotanical remedies, flower essences, and more. I also do a fusion healing- massage, which is a deeply relaxing treatment designed to support both the body and nervous system.
I often work with women experiencing low energy, gut and skin concerns, or just feeling a bit run down or out of sync.

I also run my own business, Healing and Health, (on Upper Mangorei road, New Plymouth) where I offer one-on-one sessions and deeper support for those wanting to go further on their wellness journey. 🥰

She will have her sound healing tools, and a deck on cards. There will be a free one card pull, of if you would like something a little more indepth a 3 card read for $30 in is on offer. A full reading is $70.

Happy Tuesday beautiful souls :)

What has happened with the weather?? I bet the winter woolies are coming out for everyone!

We have a few new products to showcase this week :) ........

For our pumpkin seed lovers, we have a new supply in stock along with Pumpkin seed flour and Pumpkin seed oil! Talk about a terrific triple whammy :)

Buuuutttt.... want to know the best thing about these products??.... They are from a supplier down in Wanganui called Summer Hill, pure organic quality, all locally sourced and ethically grown by New Zealanders for New Zealanders which is phenomenal.

The flour is fantastic for baking and gives a whopping 52g of protein per 100gm. (We have a few recipes in store to give out as well)
The oil is a wonderful add on to salads giving a nice nutty flavour and rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.

The pumpkin seeds..... wowza! These are huge.... and they pack a beautiful punch! Great to eat raw, pop in as part of a homemade trail mix or baking. What i love the about pumpkin seeds/pumpkin flour and the oil though.... is the fact that these products are the perfect binder when doing a PARASITE CLEANSE!

If you are doing a cleanse and needing the binder to remove the toxins that those pesky invaders can release, come see us and grab yourself some!

Holly Blake offers; Relaxation massage. 30min and 60min sessions. She is available on Saturdays in clinic. Appointments are necessary.
