I still can’t quite believe it.
Almost 6 years ago this business started from NOTHING, working out of my garage, with a big dream and a lot of determination.

How lucky am I to have a job that supports people’s wellbeing physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This week I listened to so many stories:
✨ someone who had just healed from a serious infection
✨ someone struggling to get proper rest
✨ someone feeling self-conscious about her acne
✨ someone living with chronic shoulder pain

Behind every appointment is a real story. Being trusted with those moments and knowing I can make a difference in how someone feels walking out my door is something I’ll never take for granted 🤍

✨ About my availability ✨

Some of you might notice that my hours can look a little confusing at times, so I wanted to share why 🤍
I’m a solo mum of two little girls with a fortnightly shared-care schedule, which means my availability changes depending on the week. Because of this, I’m often not able to take last-minute bookings, but I always respond as quickly as I can and do my best to find a time that works for the both of us.
I offer late nights and weekends whenever possible, and I try to compensate with extra availability on the days my kids are with their dad.
If you’re unsure about times, just message me and we’ll figure it out together.
