INSOMNIA, PAIN, & STRESS SOLUTIONS
Meditation workshop for insomnia, pain, and stress management. Come along and learn to sleep like a stone. Insomnia is caused by multiple factors, perhaps the most common are stress, and distress/fear, thoughts racing how so ever caused. Modern medical science has shown that our mental processes have a huge impact on our health and immune system. People who are mentally and emotionally distressed are more likely to get flu, experience more pain, and take longer to heal from wounds and illnesses. Meditation is a mental exercise to give mind a deep rest and create harmony. The same way physical exercises are important to keep the body healthy, fit, and beautiful, the same applies to the mind. Without mental harmony body tissues won’t heal. Depression, anxiety, stress, pain, fear, distress, and loss deplete bodily tissue. More information in the workshop. Sit on a chair or bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
