How Radically Alive are you today?

To all of you in New Zealand, I miss our dances and connections we share. I made a recording for you all to connect with yourself and our incredible community.
See you in December.

I’d love to share some of the magic and discoveries from my recent journey through Europe. Words alone often fall short for me, so I’ve woven them together with music into a two-hour guided movement sound journey.

It’s both a thank-you for the generosity I experienced in this global village in the last few weeks and an invitation for you to have your own journey. Think of it like a worktalk or a training space, an opportunity to hold space for yourself with your five bodies, to feel, heal, and move.

This journey is about letting go, embracing fear as a resource, having a voice and using it and building courage to stand for what you want. At moments you’ll be invited to bring your own voice and notice where you are in war with yourself. Its a raw sharing of mine as I am also singing with a song that touched me so deeply and awoke something new.

I dedicate this especially to the women, as it grew out of offering a series of Ignite Your Radiance workshops. It is a thank-you to all the women who welcomed, empowered me, and inspired me along the way.

Now I’m in Australia, having started chapter two, practising relating with Jason, having a three-month nature adventure, on and off technology and deepening my own embodiment. (lots more to grow into)
My research focus in the next few weeks is to explore the link between my radiance and nature, by being lot in nature.

Embodied Freedom first Tour :-)
Poland - Holland - Berlin - Australia

In den letzten Wochen habe ich gemeinsam mit Jan aus Polen, Johanna aus Berlin und Jeanine und Amy aus Holland eine Europa-Tour geplant. Jetzt freue ich mich, dass alle Termine und Veranstaltungsorte stehen – und ich sie hier mit euch teilen kann. Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja unterwegs – ich würde mich freuen, euch kennenzulernen.

In Polen werde ich ein Training anbieten für alle, die erleben wollen, wie Possibility Management in Bewegung und Verkörperung umgesetzt werden kann. Hier habt ihr die Möglichkeit, die fünf Körper in Bewegung zu erfahren und Musik zunächst bewusst zu erleben – und dann zu üben, damit Räume zu halten. Wenn dir in PM-Trainings Musik und Bewegung fehlen, dann ist das dein Training. Ich forsche seit acht Jahren zu diesem Thema und habe viele Räume mit PM in Bewegung gestaltet – das möchte ich jetzt weitergeben. Jan organisiert den Raum – alle Infos findet ihr hier.

In Holland bin ich auf einem Frauenfestival eingeladen und werde dort Ignite Your Radiance anbieten – ein Rage Club für Frauen mit Bewegung und Musik, um bewusste Wut im Körper zu spüren und die Kraft und Freude darin zu erleben. Danach biete ich mit Jeanine und Amy drei weitere Workshops an: das Wochenendseminar Ignite Your Radiance, The Good Mother Myth und einen wilden Tanzabend für Frauen – als Einstieg in Gefühle und Bewegung.

Anschließend geht es nach Berlin, wo ich mit Johanna ebenfalls einen Ignite Your Radiance-Workshop anbiete, außerdem einen Embodied Intimacy-Abend als Einführung in die Fünf-Körper-Intimität – und einen wilden Tanzraum, der das Entdecken der Gefühle als erste Tür öffnet.
