To all of you in New Zealand, I miss our dances and connections we share. I made a recording for you all to connect with yourself and our incredible community.
See you in December.

I’d love to share some of the magic and discoveries from my recent journey through Europe. Words alone often fall short for me, so I’ve woven them together with music into a two-hour guided movement sound journey.

It’s both a thank-you for the generosity I experienced in this global village in the last few weeks and an invitation for you to have your own journey. Think of it like a worktalk or a training space, an opportunity to hold space for yourself with your five bodies, to feel, heal, and move.

This journey is about letting go, embracing fear as a resource, having a voice and using it and building courage to stand for what you want. At moments you’ll be invited to bring your own voice and notice where you are in war with yourself. Its a raw sharing of mine as I am also singing with a song that touched me so deeply and awoke something new.

I dedicate this especially to the women, as it grew out of offering a series of Ignite Your Radiance workshops. It is a thank-you to all the women who welcomed, empowered me, and inspired me along the way.

Now I’m in Australia, having started chapter two, practising relating with Jason, having a three-month nature adventure, on and off technology and deepening my own embodiment. (lots more to grow into)
My research focus in the next few weeks is to explore the link between my radiance and nature, by being lot in nature.
