NZAMH - New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists held a wonderful conference last weekend on the topic 'Building Mental Fortitude and Resilience' a brilliant range of speakers covered the latest research and traditional use of Medicinal Herbs, Lifestyle and Nutrition. It was a pleasure to help co-ordinate the seed exchange table and to be sharing techniques amongst so many fellow herbalists. 🌿🍁🌱🍂🍃🌻
