In collaboration with our friends at we now offer a complete performance screening for those looking to get the most out of their training. This is the perfect opportunity for teams looking to lift their performance this season or even individual athletes looking to highlight their work ons.

The package includes a comprehensive 75 minute assessment of your strength, symmetry between muscle groups and movement analysis. A plan will then be provided that is tailored to your needs.
