Telling my story on stage has been a wild ride - both exhilarating and terrifying. I never thought I'd be a stage person, but now I'm hooked. Next year, Recovery St class of 2025 is taking the show on the road to Europe, so I'll get to share my story and heal even more. I still get choked up in some parts, which helps me figure out where I need to focus my energy. I'm getting more skilled at recognizing the lies that keep my old story front and center, and working on a new ending - one step at a time.

This was the view from my "office" last night. I have yet to learn how to capture the full beauty of nature with my phone (or at least what I'm seeing in real time). It's been 3 weeks since my official last day as an employee and wairua has provided opportunities and experiences during this time to confirm I'm exactly where I need to be, doing exactly what I need to be doing at this time of my journey. My intent for this page is to share my journey of self discovery and have a laugh or two on the way
