Booking Update

At Relaxology Massage Takapuna, our priority is to provide a calm, professional experience for every client—from booking to treatment.

To ensure booking accuracy and allow our therapists to stay focused on client care, we kindly ask all clients to book online or visit us as a walk-in, subject to availability.

When booking online, a credit card is required to secure the therapist’s time.
The card is used to hold the appointment and is not charged in advance.

If you have a gift voucher, you are still welcome to book online—simply bring your voucher with you and present it in-store at your appointment.

This approach helps us:
• Reduce booking errors and no-shows
• Protect our therapists’ time
• Maintain a quiet, relaxing clinic environment
