Cottage cheese and Egg Bake.
1 Cup low fat cottage cheese.
4 Large Eggs
¼ cup chives, caramelised onion, or other Veg. Make sure it is not to wet.
¼ teaspoon salt & Black pepper.

Instruction
Spray the dish with olive oil or a similar oil.
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Mixing bowl. Combine ingredients, mix well.
Pour into to dish and spread out evenly.

Bake 25-30 minutes, until ingredients are set and golden brown.
Remove the oven and let it sit for a few minutes.

55g protein
14g Carb
20g Fat

I didn’t start stretching properly till my early to mid 40’s, I was way to busy training, then off on to my next activity.
Now early 50’s, training can be 40-60 30-70 % stretching training.
