Are you getting enough iron in your diet? Itโs probably not something you pause and think about often. Iron is essential for transporting oxygen throughout our bodies to help create energy that keeps us active and alert.
It's concerning that 30% of the world's population suffers from iron deficiency. This is particularly seen among women and children in New Zealand.
