Through ongoing testing, the SSP-240V continues to improve its medicine-checking performance as more data is accumulated. It can accurately analyze more than 15 different medicines, including half tablets. This continuous improvement gives us greater confidence in the system, and we believe the SSP-240V will make a strong impact on pharmacy packing and checking operations.

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to let you know that Ryan’s last day with JK Robotics will be 7 March, as he and his family are planning to move to Australia. While we are very sad to see him leave, we fully support his decision and wish him every success in this new chapter.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Ryan for the past five years. He has been a dedicated and hardworking engineer who has provided excellent service and support to your pharmacies. He will certainly be missed by our team.

Thank you for your patience while waiting for the SSP Series stock to arrive!
The units for the pharmacies that placed orders arrived last week. We are now beginning to set up the robots in preparation for installations starting in late March.

We are currently testing SSP-240V at a pharmacy in Waikato. We're investigating significant time and effort into both the software and hardware to better serve our users. Ultimately, it's all about maximizing efficiency and creating a truly user-friendly experience.

We are the only pharmacy automation provider in New Zealand that maintains and manufactures cassettes for pharmacy dispensing robots.

Hi Cretem robot users,

As you may have noticed, Laxsol will be replaced with Solax.

While Solax has a similar diameter to Laxsol, it is thicker, and as a result, the existing Laxsol cassette (CBN 45) is not compatible with Solax.
We have already prepared dedicated cassettes for Solax, and they are now available.

Once you receive Solax from your supplier, please contact cassettes@jkr.co.nz to order the appropriate cassette for Solax.
