Friday night was our annual FUN bowling session celebrating yet another year around the sun for Energised By Fitness 🥳

My name is Šárka, I am a mum of two delightful children. My passion is helping other women to reconnect with their bodies through exercise in safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
