🧐 When was your last eye health check? Are you due for one? ⏲️

💡Glaucoma NZ recommends that everyone have an eye examination for glaucoma (eye health check) by age 45, and every 5 years after that until age 60, and 3 yearly after 60.

👉 People with risk factors for glaucoma should be examined earlier than age 45.

⚠️ Glaucoma has NO symptoms until it’s too late. Early detection = saved sight.
