Growing up as a dancer, I found Vinyasa yoga natural for my body because of its continuous movements. I quickly fell in love with this moving meditation that a Vinyasa practice creates. I have a strong desire to teach others this incredibly, healing practice. Pursuing my passion to teach, I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in February 2015 with Adrienne Smith and Erica Blitz at the Power
Of Your Om Studio in Santa Barbara. It taught me how to tap into my creative body intelligence to teach strategically, mindfully, and energetically. Asana is a whole body awareness and a whole body listening. I teach the way I practice. Tapping into the raw, true form that I believe yoga can be, I hope to create an inner process in students to find the organic movements their body craves. While teaching, I speak from a place of fluidity and grace. Holding a space for creativity, I aim to calm the chaos of the mind. I guide my students through a moving meditation leading them into their fullest potential that they manifest. Stay mindful to every little bubble that arises and allow it to fizzle to move on to the next. My classes are open for you to observe your body and unravel for transformation.
