Not:
“What products can I sell?”

But:

After years of treating skin, there are a few things we know to avoid: Over-exfoliating to “speed things up”, jumping between products too quickly (we see this all the time), chasing trends instead of understanding my skin (we have all seen something in the chemist that looks like it might be a quick fix, or just looks good on the shelf). and treating inflammation with more intensity (when in reality, inflammation needs calming, not pushing, and this is where a lot of skin gets worse before it gets better)

Because we’ve seen what happens when skin is pushed too hard. It becomes reactive, unpredictable, and slower to heal.

Healthy skin isn’t created by doing more. It’s created by doing what’s right consistently.

Hydration and moisture are two different things.
