Hello beautiful souls 🪶 For all of you Taupo locals who are missing a taste of the yoga we teach on retreat, Holly would love to see you on the mat!

Welcome in autumn with a five-week vinyasa flow yoga course 🍂 This is your chance to take some time out for you and get fit and flexible.

Classes will run at 6.30am on Tuesday mornings for five weeks, starting this Tuesday the 30th April until 28th May 2024, at the Yoga Tree in Taupo.

Sister intro #3 of 3: This is Gem in her happy place, barefoot nestled in the embrace of nature or sitting in a circle connecting with others. A self-confessed house plant and Earl Grey tea addict. Living in rural Taupō she spends her days on a small lifestyle block with her husband, young son, chocolate lab and six sheep. 🐏

Gem is a registered creative arts therapist working in mental health, she is also an experienced cacao facilitator and space holder. With a background in formal education and the arts, she discovered her calling by intertwining creativity with healing and well-being environments, connecting with the rhythms and cycles of nature.🍂

On retreat, Gem guides transformative experiences - from cacao circles that warm the soul to creative sessions that ignite inspiration. Her passion lies in holding therapeutic art spaces, where the creative process becomes a mirror reflecting and revealing our stories within.💚

Her intention is to cultivate a sanctuary of self-discovery, connecting like-minded souls and nurturing a profound connection with the natural world believing in the power of creativity to infuse everyday life with magic.🌟

Just over 3 weeks to go until ‘RECEIVE’ 🌸🤩🌿

We can’t wait to host this magical women’s retreat. Taking place in the first weekend of December in beautiful Taupō, this will be our finale event of the 2023 and a opportunity to step out of your daily life and gift yourself a weekend to fill your cup.

A weekend filled with yoga, meditation, cocoa ceremony, sharing circles, creative sessions, journaling, embodied movement, connection, nature walks, lake plunging (optional), tears, belly laughs and much more!

Join us! Prices start from $659 all inclusive, meals, accommodation and linen provided. Half of the spaces have been filled and it’s an incredible group of sisters that’s forming. No experience is required, just a healthy dose of curiosity and an open mind 🌱
