I am offering the option of set plans to suit where you are at, that you can follow via my training app - with an initial coaching session to help with setting you up for success and ascertaining your training and race goals. You have the option to follow training independently, and seek extra coaching support, if and when you require it, for an extra one-off coaching session fee.
For only $15 per week for 16,20, and 24 week training plans for Auckland and Queenstown or for 12 weeks (if you already have a solid aerobic base and run regularly) towards the Taupo Marathon - with added regular emails with documentation to explain each training phase and the purpose.
