🤍Here’s to the trailblazers Near, far, with us in the present or past. We literally would not be here without them🤍
For me my mum taught me strength, persistence, resistance, letting go, love in many different forms including the tough love! Courage and to be the best version of myself whatever that looked like…even with a side of my perfected resting bitch face directed her way at times while I navigated through it all (worked through and softened that one right mum?!😘)
The challenges have been wild to say the least but we got through them together and I can say I feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to have had her beside me for it all, unlike many I know who lost theirs too soon.
Happy Mother’s Day to generations of strong forces behind us all🥂

I’ve been in touch with majority of my clients who were previously booked in to reschedule from this Thursday the 9th- if I have somehow missed you and you see this please let me know, I’m doing my best to message everyone personally, so it’s highly likely I’ve missed someone along the way 😘
I am going to implement the same processes as last year and ask you to bring your phone to scan in, drink bottle, mask, and use the sanitiser (all 100% cptg) provided.
Look forward to seeing those of you already booked in for the end of the week/next week and so on and the rest of you soon.

The ionic detox. 45 minutes of reforming the cells, and promoting the body’s systems to detox, inspiring conversation, cups of herbal tea + H2O, laughs and reading. Followed up with a quick santosa filled foot clean. So many birds, one stone 💙

I always have time to answer any questions about reflexology, what the benefits are ... what is involved ... how many treatments you need to see improvement in the body etc etc. All for free X

🤰🤰🏻🤰🏽For anyone wanting to know how Reflexology can help with pregnancy. I have maternity reflexology training outside of my diploma to safely apply techniques specific to various pregnancy needs 🤍
I will never forget the feeling I had when I saw how Ambers (and many many others) body absorbed and responded to the treatments given and how light she looked/felt afterward, it’s the main reason I continue to love this therapy 🥰

Not fantastic news but let’s get this done!!
The good news is, BFR/HEAL is still allowed to operate under level 2. Please remember to stay home and stay safe if you’re unwell. I leave 15-20 minutes between clients anyway but if for any reason I have another client when you arrive, please wait in your car until they have left and I will let you know once I’ve prepped/sanitised for you ☺️

Hand sanitiser is available + I also use a cleansing and purifying spray, as I’ve always done ✔️ (all my sanitisers and cleansing sprays are 100% certified organic and available for purchase).
