Hospo workers! It may well be your day off today ? … you need to catch up of course but you also need to s t r e t c h … and relax. Get along to Sun Salute for a free 75 minute yoga class.

We’re starting with the basics. Each week we’ll build on that for a 5 week block. You can start at any week though as the course will repeat each 5 weeks, so you can catch up and cover what you may have missed.

☄️Today. Week 1
Broad Spectrum. An overview of yoga. Movement, breath work and rest to metabolise and digest not only on a physiological level but on an emotional level too. Yoga positions, sun salutes. Suitable for people of all levels of mobility. There'll be props and chairs if needed and a full option to sit things out if you feel it’s too much.
