Fun February is here! 🎉

Our monthly calendars are full of regular weekly fun, exciting outings, and one-off experiences to look forward to. There’s something for everyone, every time.

🖍️ On Tuesday 10th join us for Gift-Making in preparation for Random Acts of Kindness Day next week!
💗 It's Random Acts of Kindness Day on Tuesday 17th! Why not brighten someone else's day?!
🍽️ Thursday 19th is our monthly highlight - Big Day Out. This month we're heading to the Omokoroa Boat Club for lunch at Skippers Restaurant.
💰 On Tuesday 24th we welcome a guest speaker from Westpac Bank with an informative Scam Prevention Workshop to talk about scam awareness and fraud prevention.
🍦 Fancy a game of Bingo @ 2pm followed by an ice cream?! Yes please! Mrs Whippy will be here on Tuesday 24th @ 2.30pm sharp!
🍻 Residents Meeting @ 3pm followed by Happy Hour @ 4pm! Join us for a tipple!

When is the right time to move into a retirement village?

Maybe you’re thinking it’s time to let someone else worry about the gutters, gardens and lawns.

Maybe you’re wanting more company and things to do to keep you active and social.

Whatever your reasons for pondering retirement village life, there’s much to look forward to.

A retirement village offers independent living so you can be as sociable or as private as you like, while enjoying the benefits of communal facilities, the companionship of people of similar age and the reassurance of extra support if and when you need it.

For many it’s about making the move before it’s too late, so that they can enjoy all that the retirement village has on offer. Many residents still work, or are equally engaged in activities, projects or volunteering in the community.

Which is probably why we hear so many residents say the same thing … “I wish I’d done it sooner.”

Our daily welfare checks give both residents and their families peace of mind. By checking in every day, we stay connected, support wellbeing, and keep our community strong and caring.

These supportive, low-impact sessions focus on strength and balance, so residents can keep enjoying the things they love - whether that’s walking, social outings, or simply moving comfortably around their home.

Let's kick off the year as we mean to carry on - with lots of fun for everyone!

We've got a calendar full of regular weekly fun, exciting outings, and one-off experiences for our residents to look forward to during January to keep everyone busy, connected and entertained!

📚 Wednesday 7th we're joined by guest speaker, Chris Nelson, and his new book "Once a Forest Ranger".
🩺 Health Improvement Practitioner Tammy is back every Friday @ 10am, kicking off on Friday 9th and bringing along some new relaxation tips to start the New Year off as you mean to carry on - zen!
🍽️ Thursday 22nd is our monthly highlight - Big Day Out. This month we're heading to the Omokoroa Boat Club for lunch at Skippers Restaurant.
