Breakfast, to me is the most important start to my day, it fills me with nutritious energy to kickstart my morning, skipping breakfast is all well and good and if that's how you function day to day than that's great, but one thing I will point out is that of you're skipping meals, you’re skipping another chance for your body to be nourished, to be topped up with your daily essentials, vitamins, minerals, so if you don't eat break, why don't you try giving it a go, perhaps a delicious smoothie to fuel you as you step out the door. Happy Monday and Happy Breakfast! 💛🥑🍌

Do you struggle to make the right choices when you’re eating out, like you eat so well during the week, come the weekend and it’s guns blazing, the cocktails the deep fried little morsels of goodness, it’s not about cutting these things out completely it’s learning to have a little and not going the whole hog, that way you’re not missing out, you’re still enjoying your life and eating delicious food but you’re just doing it in a more in time way!
So go and eat all of the food, just don’t eat a whole kg of fried chicken washed down with a litre of coke, have a little of each and your body will thank you for it! 🥰

Do you feel like you just don’t know what you’re doing with your food, like you eat something and it upsets your tummy or you feel sluggish and tired or you’re starving and eating your hand off five minutes later, but you should feel full for hours according to magazine you found the recipe from. Which then gives you guilt and a lot of confusion, because your hungry, but feel guilty because you shouldn’t be and there must be something wrong!
We are all completely different, there’s no one size fits all, some of us live off high protein diets or carbs and feel amazing while other would eat a bowl of pasta and be falling asleep at their desk.
I’m not a huge fan of the Paleo, Keto, intermittent fasting diets, I believe everything in moderation and finding that special formula that’s going to make your body, mind and soul sing, there’s nothing wrong with those diets and some may feel amazing while being on them, I just feel for someone trying to learn to read their bodies, properly for the first time, they may be too extreme and cause them to fall off the wagon, result back to old eating habits, put on weight or be feeling their tired old self and the circle goes around and around!
Eat Nourishing food, move as much as your heart desires and feed your mind with love rather than criticism, you’re doing the best you can after all!
If you feel like someone needs to a little encouragement please tag them! ❣️

A pregnant women's body is so amazing and ever-changing it goes through the biggest change that anybody can physically go through in their lives, not only physically but mentally.
It's so important to nurture mum pre and post, I get so shocked with the amount of dangerous encouragement I see on the Internet about getting your body back post-baby! I can honestly say my body didn't feel stong enough to exercise until I was 18 months postpartum, that's not to say that you will be the sam, but seeing mums back into boot camp 6 weeks post-birth, blows my mind and really concerns me, especially because of the fatigue that comes with a new baby and also our poor little hormones, we are already under a lot of stress.
I hurt my hip at a mums and bubs exercise group and I'm still nursing it today, this was when Luca was about 6 months old, I thought I was in safe hands being in a gym with a trainer, but I was very wrong, which is why I have embarked on this whole fitness journey, I am so passionate about helping and educating mums on how to heal and exercise post-birth, exercise is vital for mental health and it's an absolute must for any new mum, it's just knowing which kind is right for you! ❣️
has a lot of great safe exercises for pre and post!

Is your body getting all that it needs from what you’re eating? If you’re a regular gym goer or partake in any physical activity, your muscles need protein to help recover and to grow, not to mention we need protein to run our bodies optimally. So are you having enough protein with your meals?

What’s your favourite way to move your body? I mean really? Do you run your little heart out or attend every Hiit class under the sun, do you spend hours/ days in the gym hustling to achieve your ideal body? Surprisingly it doesn’t actually need to be that hard? You just need to find that right balance, knowing when to listen to your body and knowing when to push it, once you’ve learnt how to listen, your body will become your best friend, you’ll start to feel more refreshed, energised and more confident within yourself. everyone has their own magic recipe, you just need to figure out what yours is.
I love all kinds of exercise and there’s no one that’s s better than the other, it’s just knowing which ones are best for you! 🥰

Do you find it incredibly hard to stay on track with your health journey, there's a deadline at work and everything just goes out the window, you live on coffee and what ever they have at the bakery downstairs and there's no chance there's any water going down!

My biggest advice for my clients, is to prep, just a little bit, every time I make dinner, I make sure I've made extra veggies, fish, chicken whatever it may be so that I have leftovers for lunch, it seems so simple but it seriously makes all the difference, not only to your bank balance but it also keeps you on the road to health!
