After Months in the Making… My Website Is Nearly Here! 💛

I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working on for many months.
My new website, Pain Reprocessing Therapy will officially be live next week!
This space was born from a deep, personal journey—not just professional curiosity but lived experience. Chronic pain changed my life. It tested me physically, emotionally, and mentally. For a long time, I felt stuck in a cycle of fear, frustration, and exhaustion, searching for answers that never fully explained what I was experiencing.
What ultimately changed everything was learning something radically hopeful, that pain isn’t always a sign of damage. Sometimes, it’s the nervous system doing its best to protect us, just a little too well.

Discovering Pain Reprocessing Therapy and modern pain neuroscience was a turning point. For the first time, things made sense. I learned that the brain plays a powerful role in chronic pain, and more importantly, that the brain can change. With the right education, compassion, and tools, pain can soften… and even resolve.
This program is my way of bringing those insights to you.
Inside this Pain Reprocessing Therapy Program, you’ll find evidence-based pain education explained in a clear, human way without overwhelm or judgment. You’ll learn why pain persists, how fear and attention fuel it, and how to work with your nervous system instead of fighting it. My passion behind this work is simple: I don’t want people to feel as lost, hopeless, or broken as I once did. Hi All, I saw this last night and really resonated with me. So if you have Ongoing Inflammation this is a great way to start the Day!!

Best 6 ways to Help fight chronic inflammation

1. Wake Your Nervous System First - Chronic inflammation is driven by a stressed nervous system. Slow breathing activates the vagus nerve & lowers cortisol before the day even begins.

What to do:
Sit or stand quietly for 2–3 minutes
Slow nasal breathing with long exhales

2. Hydrate Before You Stimulate - Dehydration stresses cells and increases inflammatory markers. Hydration supports circulation and cellular detox pathways.

What to do:
Drink 20 oz of (room temperature) water upon waking and before coffee

3. Get Morning Light (Not Sceens) - Morning light anchors your circadian rhythm, which regulates cortisol and blood sugar. Disrupted circadian rhythms = more systemic inflammation.

What to do:
5–15 minutes of outdoor light
Cloudy days still count

4. Gentle Movement - Inflammatory waste is cleared through circulation and lymph flow. Gentle movement lowers inflammatory cytokines without triggering stress hormones.

What to do:
Take a 10-minute walk
Mobility, light stretching or yoga

5. Eat to Stabilize Blood Sugar - Stable glucose lowers oxidative stress and protects mitochondria.

What to eat: protein + fiber + healthy fats

- fresh berries
- avocado on 100% whole wheat
- pumpkin seeds
- plain coconut yogurt + fruit
- walnuts

6. Delay Stimulants - Early caffeine disrupts cortisol rhythm and increases stress load. Over time, this fuels low-grade inflammation and energy crashes.

What to do:
Wait to enjoy coffee or green tea 60–90 minutes after waking

Fix your mornings and inflammation loses its leverage
