NOW HIRING - SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking for a motivated, friendly and people-focused Sales Consultant to join the team and support the Sales Manager with the sales of homes in our village.

This role is an opportunity to help guide prospective residents through the process of choosing their new home and becoming part of our community.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Sales Manager in generating sales of homes within the village and helping prospective residents through the sales process.
You will be responsible for assisting with enquiries, showing homes and the village to visitors, and helping ensure a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Sales Manager with the sales of homes within the village
• Respond to enquiries from prospective residents
• Help manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement
• Conduct village tours and show homes to potential residents
• Provide a warm, welcoming and professional experience for visitors
• Assist with open days, events and marketing activities
• Support networking within the local community to help generate interest in the village
• Assist with administration, documentation and sales reporting
• Help maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales activity
About You
You are a friendly and organised person who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
You will bring:
• Experience in sales, real estate or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in working with older people and their families
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence speaking with people and showing them around the village
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Strong computer skills and confidence using technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
