As 2025 comes to an end, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the year. We’re incredibly grateful and are looking forward to another great year ahead. From our family to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas. 🎄

We'd love to see you over the festive season! We have multiple homes available for viewing including the North Rock Right, Astrolabe Reef, Omokoroa Beach, Golden Valley as well as Kauri Point and Tanners Point villas which are currently in construction.

We will be open on the following dates and would love to show you around.

We are open today: 9am - 4pm
29th–31st December: 9am – 4pm
Closed on Statutory Holidays

We are looking for a "Show Home Host" - is this you?

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and well-presented Show Home Host to welcome visitors to our luxury retirement village. This is an important front-facing role focused on hospitality, presentation, and providing a positive first impression of our community.

This is not a sales position — it’s a friendly liaison role helping visitors feel informed, welcomed, and looked after before they are connected with our Sales Manager.

As our Show Home Host, you will:
• Open and close the show homes each Saturday
• Maintain the show homes in a spotless, tidy, and welcoming condition
• Greet prospective residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Provide basic information about our villas, facilities, and lifestyle offering
• Record visitor details and pass on enquiries to the Sales Manager
• Uphold the brand, values, and hospitality standards of the Country Club
• Ensure the environment always reflects the high quality of the village

What We’re Looking For:
• A friendly, confident, and approachable manner
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliability — someone who can be counted on for Saturday work
• A calm, helpful presence
• Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to represent Omokoroa Country Club with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Hours & Location:
• Saturdays only, 9am start with homes open by 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Located within the Omokoroa Country Club show home

Health & Wellness Centre - Progress Update🌟

The steel work is well underway, showcasing the impressive ceiling heights and giving us a glimpse of the beautiful space that is to come.

As promised we’re excited to share this sneak peak render video showcasing our Health & Wellness Centre which is currently under construction. With the concrete slab now poured and steel going up this week, there’s a real sense of excitement across the village – from our residents to the entire team.

This architecturally designed building is truly impressive and signals our commitment to setting a new standard in the industry. Focused on wellness, health, and fitness, the Health & Wellness Centre will feature a Swimming pool, Sauna & spa, State-of-the-art gym as well as Clubhouse amenities including bar, dining areas, library & snooker/pool table (transitioning later to a dedicated Clubhouse).

We are so proud of what’s taking shape, and we know you’ll be just as excited as we are.

The first of our stunning facilities, The Health Spa, opening in 2026.
