Our landscaping team play a vital role in creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces that will enhance the lives of our residents. Our village is truly a 5 star environment and we require amazing people to continue creating the dream.
We have the following jobs available:
1. Landscape Maintenance
2. Landscape Foreman
3. Landscape Implementation
Position Details:
1. Landscape Maintenance
🌿Responsible for maintaining and inspecting gardens, lawns, weeding and spraying and overall outdoor aesthetics.
🌿Mow lawns and maintain turf areas.
Requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping the grounds pristine.
🌿Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant health.
🌿Perform basic maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.
🌿Sound knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping tools.
🌿Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
🌿Highly passionate about maintaining stunning landscaped environments.
2. Landscape Foreman
🌿Oversees landscaping projects and manages the team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
🌿Supervise and coordinate the landscaping team’s daily activities.
🌿Plan and execute landscaping projects, including villa landscaping and wetlands development as well as around all communal village areas.
🌿Ensure all landscaping work aligns with design plans and timelines.
🌿Monitor the quality of work and provide guidance to the team.
🌿Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
🌿Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project progress.
🌿Requires strong leadership skills, extensive landscaping experience and knowledge, and the ability to guide and motivate a team
Landscape Labourer
🌿Assists with a range of physical tasks, including digging, planting, mulching and moving materials.
🌿Move and transport landscaping materials, including soil, stones, and plants.
🌿Assist with the installation of new landscaping features, including pathways, gardens, and irrigation systems.
🌿Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently, knowledge of small diggers and basic hardscaping a bonus.
🌿Support the team with various tasks as needed to ensure project completion.
🌿Requires physical stamina, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
