NOW HIRING - SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking for a motivated, friendly and people-focused Sales Consultant to join the team and support the Sales Manager with the sales of homes in our village.

As a family-owned and operated business, we are passionate about providing luxury retirement living while maintaining a strong focus on culture, teamwork and a positive work environment. This role is an opportunity to help guide prospective residents through the process of choosing their new home and becoming part of our community.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Sales Manager in generating sales of homes within the village and helping prospective residents through the sales process.
You will be responsible for assisting with enquiries, showing homes and the village to visitors, and helping ensure a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Sales Manager with the sales of homes within the village
• Respond to enquiries from prospective residents
• Help manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement
• Conduct village tours and show homes to potential residents
• Provide a warm, welcoming and professional experience for visitors
• Assist with open days, events and marketing activities
• Support networking within the local community to help generate interest in the village
• Assist with administration, documentation and sales reporting
• Help maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales activity

About You
You are a friendly and organised person who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
You will bring:
• Experience in sales, real estate or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in working with older people and their families
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence speaking with people and showing them around the village
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Strong computer skills and confidence using technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the sales function for a high-quality lifestyle development, guiding prospective residents through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

The purpose of this role is to lead and drive the sales of homes within the village and achieve agreed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales and marketing budgets and ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales for retirement living accommodation within the village
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement
• Develop and implement sales strategies and events to achieve targets
• Work collaboratively with the village management team to achieve positive outcomes for prospective residents
• Network within the local community to build relationships and create sales opportunities
• Deliver a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience for all visitors
• Manage sales site operations and provide guidance on sales activities
• Facilitate and manage the listing process for homes available for sale
• Monitor sales performance and marketing activity, initiating improvements where required

About You
You are a confident and relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building trust and guiding people through important life decisions.
You will bring:
• A proven track record in sales, ideally in real estate, property, retirement living or relationship-based sales
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine affinity for working with older people and their families
• Strong attention to detail with excellent administration and reporting skills
• The ability to convert enquiries into successful settlements
• A proactive approach to networking and generating new opportunities

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and well-presented Show Home Host to welcome visitors to our luxury retirement village. This is an important front-facing role focused on hospitality, presentation, and providing a positive first impression of our community.

This is not a sales position — it’s a friendly liaison role helping visitors feel informed, welcomed, and looked after before they are connected with our Sales Manager.

As our Show Home Host, you will:
• Open and close the show homes each Saturday
• Maintain the show homes in a spotless, tidy, and welcoming condition
• Greet prospective residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Provide basic information about our villas, facilities, and lifestyle offering
• Record visitor details and pass on enquiries to the Sales Manager
• Uphold the brand, values, and hospitality standards of the Country Club
• Ensure the environment always reflects the high quality of the village

What We’re Looking For:
• A friendly, confident, and approachable manner
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliability — someone who can be counted on for Saturday work
• A calm, helpful presence
• Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to represent Omokoroa Country Club with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Hours & Location:
• Saturdays only, 9am start with homes open by 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Located within the Omokoroa Country Club show home
