What an incredible day for our team yesterday at Nationals held — every lifter showed up strong and represented Plato’s with pride, grit, and heart. 💪🖤
Here are the standout results:
🏆 .exe — 1st Junior Male Bench
A massive bench from our rising young gun. The future is strong!
🥈 — 2nd Open82.5kg Male (Sleeves)
Consistent, powerful lifting across the board. Huge day for Ervin.
🥈 — 2nd Overall Male (Wraps)
One of the strongest performances of the entire meet. Absolute machine.
🏆 .mccardle — 1st Overall Female (Wraps)
Strength, resilience, and purpose. A dominant performance.
👑 — Novice Squat & Deadlift King
Crushed his categories and set the tone for what’s ahead.
We are unbelievably proud of every lifter who stepped onto that platform. The hard work, discipline, and courage you bring into Plato’s every day showed on that stage.
