Clinical Massage by Abby Clinical Massage provides targeted treatment for pain relief. I specialise in TMJ, headaches and Myofascial release.

Clinical Massage brings together Eastern and Western techniques and treats all the layers of the soft tissue to release restrictions throughout the musculoskeletal system. I use a combination of techniques to manipulate all the layers of the soft tissue. The lighter techniques will include fascia release, craniosacral therapy and stretches. The deeper techniques are mostly based on trigger point t

herapy. This is a targeted treatment which taps into your parasympathetic nervous system and allows the body to release, move easier and therefore start to heal. QUALIFIED IN:
