[YOUR BODY WILL CHANGE]

Your hips and waist may now be wider, and your belly may be softer. That's right, your body will change. But this is not a bad thing.

You have now the best gift of the world in your arms and in your heart ❤️

Give your body time. At least the nine months it took to grow your baby to return to something closer to your pre-pregnancy body.

Many women find that they don't return to their pre-pregnancy shape or weight straight away, and this is perfectly okay.

If you're breastfeeding, it's particularly important not to go on a restrictive diet.

Instead of focusing on rapid weight loss through a diet or exercise program that may be impossible to live with, think more carefully about what you eat and how you eat, and nourish your body with healthy foods.

That's what I am offering to you through my Program for mum's and mum's to be.

✅ If you are thinking to experience the pregnancy and want to improve your chances through diet;

✅ If you are already pregnant and want to nourish you body with the right nutrients and gain the right amount of weight;

✅ If you have already a baby and want to get back to your previous weight with quality


As you can see, I am still not on my ideal weight after 3 months of postpartum. But I am not worry, because I know that I am on the right track 😉

The most special month of the year is here! ❤

Mother's Day is coming up, and this year, more than ever, I would like to propose a unique program for mums, grandmothers and anyone thinking of trying to get pregnant 🥰

I know, more than anyone, how much nutrition can help a woman's body to be healthy.
We face a wave of hormones every month. During pregnancy, this is even more expressive. And right after we have our beloved baby, we still have to deal with our health and well-being.

Another end of the year has arrived, but this one is different for me.

I am more than Grateful for everything in my life, but especially for this little guy growing inside me. I am feeling blessed and I am sure next year will be even better with him in my arms 💙

I know that I've been very away from my social media lately. But I couldn't finish this year without coming here to say thank you to every client and everyone that follows me here.

Today the recipe serves as a snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner 😅😉

To get the consistency of a pie, I used chickpea flour and almond flour. It's super tasty, and you can't believe it doesn't have wheat flour. 🤗

CHICKEN PIE

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 1/2 cup almond flour
120 g butter
salt to taste
Cold water
Shredded chicken (seasoned)

PREPARATION MODE

In a food processor, place both the flours, salt and cold butter. Mix well until the dough turns into a crumb (if dry, add oil until moist). Add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches the consistency of firm/modelling dough (if it gets soft, add more flour). Let the dough freeze for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

Put the dough in a removable pan, leaving room for the stuffing and then use part of the dough to cover. Bake at 180º for about 30 minutes or until cooked and crispy.

The suggestion is to make a shredded chicken filling. But you can innovate and do whatever you want. Just use creativity. 😉

It’s just a general guideline for you to pay attention to what you are eating. Remember that low carb doesn't mean NO carb. ✨

➡️ Low carb is nothing more than a nutritional strategy aimed at losing weight and treating diseases such as diabetes and insulin resistance.

In the context of a Low Carb diet, the priority is to avoid wheat flour, sugar and processed food as much as possible. If you remove these foods from your diet, you are naturally low carb. ✨
