We moved house on Wednesday šŸ¤

As we opened the door - the first thing I did? Ran through spraying my Love You aura + room spray through every room āœØ
With intention. With joy. With love.

Thereā€™s something so powerful about stepping into a new spaceā€¦ and choosing, right away, what energy gets to live there.

And it was wild how quickly it shiftedā€¦
From feeling like someone elseā€™s house ā†’ to ours.

Every corner now holds a different frequency.
Our laughter. Our presence. Our love.

I feel so deeply grateful, for the hands that helped us move (because wowā€¦ we could NOT have done this alone), for this home, and even for the people who built it before us. The choices they madeā€¦ I now get to live within and enjoy. Thereā€™s something really special in that.

Moving is a lot. Likeā€¦ a lot a lot.
And I hope I never forget that, so I can show up and support others moving through it too.

For now, it might be a little quieter here while I land, integrate, work with clients and unpack what feels like 50 million boxes šŸ˜…

But every time I walk through this homeā€¦
Iā€™m pouring love into it. Into everything.

And you can feel it.

Hey lovely,

I had this moment the other morningā€¦
standing by the ocean, no one really around yet, just the sound of the waves and the birds starting up.

And I realised how rare it is that we actually give ourselves space like that.
No phone, no rushing, no needing to be anything for anyone.

Justā€¦ being there.

Itā€™s such a simple thing, but it shifts so much.

And it reminded me why I love sharing Sunrise Sound so much.
Not because itā€™s anything big or complicated, but because it gives us that moment back.

A slow start.
A breath.
A reset before the day begins.
