If you answered yes to any of those questions, then it’s likely that you’re a Young Carer. Sometimes these extra responsibilities can be a little overwhelming at times and can make you feel lost, alone, and can impact your mental health.

We at Camp Unity are here to support you, to help you discover who you are, to teach you how to dream, and to build your confidence to reach your goals. Our camps are a safe place where you get to connect with others who share the same normal and who get you.

So come and join our programme Te Ara Marama and be part of our Camp Unity family. I know the first step may be hard but trust me you won’t regret it 😊🥰

Pink Shirt Day Friday 19th May

Celebrated annually around the globe, Pink Shirt Day began in Canada in 2007 when two students were bullied for wearing a pink shirt.
In Aotearoa, Pink Shirt Day works to create schools, workplaces, communities and whānau where everyone feels safe, valued and respected.
Pink Shirt Day is about working together to stop bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusiveness. It is about creating a community where all people feel safe, valued and respected.
It’s really important to remind people that it’s okay to be different from others and it’s not okay to bully people because they are not the same as you.
