Had to share this! I got given this taonga hue as a koha for an energy session the other day, and I am so happy! I have wanted one for so long 😍 I also used Love You Healing - Sharnelle Lewis aura spray for the first time during the session - spring water, reiki, sound filled goodness 🥰

I took some time for me during the weekend, watching the sun come up while listening to sound bowls, such a beautiful way to start the day. I also did self reiki during the meditation. It's so important to take that time to recenter, regulate and rest. I have some availability coming up during the school holidays if you are feeling the call for reiki. Koha based sessions ☺️

I love this! Energy healing is so amazing, and there are many other amazing modalities out there like reiki that can all help with your healing journey.

I am guided intuitively to different chakras during a reiki session, and I will concentrate on those that I feel need more aroha (love).

Such an amazing tool to help in our haerenga (journey) to healing ourselves ❤️
