We’re so excited to welcome Luana to the Studio 18 team! ✨

Originally from Brazil, Luana has called New Zealand home for over 5 years. With a background in Physiotherapy, Pilates, Yoga and Massage, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for movement and mindfulness.

For more than a decade, she’s helped people recover from injuries, improve wellbeing, and connect more deeply with their bodies and minds. Her teaching blends strength, flexibility, and flow, creating a safe and empowering space for every student. 💫
