I am 61 and very proud of the fact. Getting old is a privilege. I started my health & wellness journey over 30 years ago. After many years of working as a cabin crew trainer & flight manager, my own health was not amazing, so I qualified in Aromatherapy then Reflexology which kick started my own health exploration. That was over 30 years ago now! For many years I taught Aromatherapy & Reflexology among other natural therapies to level 5 students at polytechnic.
I am a mother to 2 amazing grown up adults, & pseudo mum to many more beautiful souls. I am passionate about helping others on their own healing journey. I am a Reiki Master of 15 years & offer training as well as one to one healing sessions.
I started the brand Holistica over 6 years ago, for clients to support their own health & wellness between sessions. The blends I use are tried & tested favorites from my long passion with Aromatherapy. Every blend is handmade by me & has been infused with Reiki healing energy. My focus is helping people to heal & reach their own true potential through Reiki, Family constellation, Intuitive healing, Reflexology, Aromatherapy & my natural potions & blends.
I love spending time with family & special souls, traveling, going to festivals, dancing & music, yoga, astrology and living life to the full.
