I have known Kaia since she was 18 months old and her grandparents have also become adopted grandparents to our kids. They are the most kindest, giving family who are always there for everyone else ❤️❤️❤️ its absolutely heartbreaking watching them go through this. Its been a while since I posted! As some of you know, there's been a few changes around here. We moved house last year, which meant parting ways with my beloved cabin 😭. But it gave me the opportunity to create another lovely treatment space inside our new home 😍.

I am now located in Pyes Pa just the otherside of Barkes corner. After juggling osteo with nap times for the past wee while I have just opened up a few more time slots throughout the week! I'll be back on maternity leave in October so get in touch if you are in need of some treatment and self-care before then 💕

I can't believe after more than 3 years at Family Osteopaths the time has come to say goodbye and move onto the next chapter.. Thank you so much to my wonderful collegues and patients who have spoilt us absolutely rotten 💞

Last week I was fortunate enough to attend a practitioners training in Post Natal Depression thanks to True Colours - Honouring the Mother and the Tauranga Parent Centre. It was great to learn more around PND and to know that we are so lucky in Tauranga to have such amazing support networks available to mama's in our community ❤

I think I must be crazy! 😜 But my eagerness to learn and pass the knowledge on to help my patients never seems to end 🤓 As of next week I will begin a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Nutrition through Otago University.
..And I thought the days of assignments and due dates were over.... 🙀🍎🎓📚

A little bit about me...

Hello! My journey with Osteopathy begun after observing my sister’s Osteopathic treatment. The gentle approach and underlying philosophies really resonated with my beliefs surrounding health. From here, my passion for Osteopathy grew. Originally from Palmerston North, I moved to Bay of Plenty to work at Family Osteopaths in Papamoa after graduating with a double bachelors degree in Osteopathy at RMIT University in Melbourne.

In late 2019, I decided to begin my own clinic from my home in Greerton, Tauranga. Over a course of a few months a beautiful cabin was built and I spent my spare time painting and decorating it to create my own healing space. In May 2020 - post “COVID-times” - I opened the doors to Our Osteo! I love helping people to find the health in their body. We are all so unique – our bodies are constantly changing – who you are today is different to who you were yesterday! Which is why no two osteopathic treatments will ever be the same. I always look to find the cause of your discomfort, which helps to guide me towards a treatment and management plan that works for you and your body on that given day. I love to learn and continue to further my knowledge with on-going post-graduate studies in Cranial and Biodynamic Osteopathy. I have also completed the Infant and Young Child Health Essentials, and the Child and Adolescent Health Essential qualifications through Ara Institute of Technology. I am registered with the Osteopathic Council of NZ, a member of Osteopaths NZ, and I am also an ACC registered provider.
