he family have been involved with. In March 2021 I completed a very interesting course on Myofascial Release Therapy which I have introduced in my practice. The course covered the Fundamentals and Advanced Upper Body and Lower Body. My Reflexology studies are currently on hold as I am exploring the Myofascial Release Therapy, but will be continuing with Reflexology in the near future.
