You may have noticed some small changes happening around our practice!
And now, we can share our very exciting announcement ~ Visique Greerton Optometrists is rebranding, and we will now be known as “Matthews Vision Care ~ Tauranga”.
It’s a new chapter for our long-standing community business. We are joining together with Matthews Eyecare Group, the largest independently owned optometrist group in New Zealand.
One thing you can certain of, “Same Great Service, Same Great People”!
Brenton Clark continues as owner in partnership with the Matthews Group. His, and our teams, passion for vision care continues, and this is an exciting opportunity to build on the services, products and skills we can offer our community.
Keith Miller’s loyal clients will be pleased to know that his diary is open for bookings! Together with meeting our needs, Keith is sharing his skills and knowledge as clinical support in other regions.
Grace Sue was with us last year as part of the university externship program, and we are very excited to welcome her to our team as fully-fledged Optometrist. For those of you have already met Grace you will know she brings a fantastic set of skills and customer care to our practice.
Tony Simpson our Senior Dispensing Optician officially retires on 31st March. The knowledge from his near 50 years in the optical industry, together with his exceptional customer focus will certainly be missed. We want to wish Tony all the very best for his retirement, as I’m sure all his customers will as well.
Russell Woodland will take on the lead role in Dispensing, and we are looking forward to growing the team around him.
Celeste Moffatt has been appointed Practice Lead, a more administrative role, however, her passion for customer service and design will still see her assisting on the front desk and shop floor.
Lyn Pimblett is our ‘Director of first impressions’ and we can’t say enough about the fantastic services she offers our customers, or the support she gives the whole team!
