If it's a bit too cold for an icebath, opt for this Sauna Bundle. Again, another collab between me and Amy from Hauora Sanctuary. Enjoy a 30min express Sauna for 1 or 2 people. Then come into the Recovery Hub and enjoy your 1 hour massage. Solo = $115, Couple = $125💙

3. 💙MASSAGE MEMBERSHIPS💙
Grab 10% off a massage membership. A massage membership includes 4 massage sessions, working out to be less than what you would pay for 4x individual massages PLUS take 10 % off. More bang for your buck!!

Greerton Marist Premier Rugby will be partnering with The Recovery Hub for the 2025 Rugby season, providing sports massage to all men's & womens premier players.

Sports massage plays a vital role in an athlete's recovery routine, enabling them to remain competitive and perform optimally. With experience working alongside NZ 7s and BOP Steamers, Talia from the Recovery Hub is now keen to provide support at the club Rugby level.
