Breast explant – when should your breast implants be replaced? Typically breasts implants should be replaced every 10-to-15years, regardless of whether you have silicone or saline implants. While rare, rupture of implants can cause pain and lumps. Capsular contracture, when the scar tissue around breast implants hardens, causes pain and misshapen breasts, is also another reason to review your implants. Makeup after facelift surgery – when to start applying? Following facelift surgery, the face goes through an intensive healing process, and bruising can take months to resolve.
