I've been learning a new modality and its time to practice more to refine what I'm learning...so, I'm looking for a few people to work with, for free.

This is subconscious reprogramming — shifting the beliefs, patterns, habits, and behaviours running beneath the surface.

If you have anything you'd like to change, you can bring it along and if you're just curious, we can test and find what wants to be shifted in your feild.

As we shift into new planetary alignments and leave behind the year of the Wood Snake, may the year ahead be filled with the attributes that the horse brings...power, strength, movement, wisdom, healing, play, speed and grace.

It is an opportunity to create what you want, as there is much power behind us now, but really, as life is an internal game, the first shift is within.

So instead of asking 'what can I create?' (Which IS great), it is better to ask 'Who do I want to be?'

For once you shift your identity, then the external world HAS to follow, its lore.

We have another FREE wananga coming at the end of March.

Wãnanga: a traditional method of teaching, learning and in depth discussion.

In the 'West', we call them forum, workshop, retreat etc...

This is a powerful event that has and will shift the inner landscape for many men.

We will teach and explore tools, techniques and ways of being, that you can utilise daily or when needed to help understand yourself and the power you have within, to create the reality you desire.

We will share stories and food, laughter and brotherhood, fire and experiences in the time together.

This product here, has been amazing for my energy levels and wellbeing in the past few weeks since I started taking it.

As said, Sh*tslegit!

Had a massive year last year, pushed pretty hard and wouldn't change a thing, one of the best!

But as the human counting years are adding up, I ran out of energy.

No gas in the tank by the end of the year and I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, no alcohol, balanced diet, nature, sauna, exercise etc...

After taking Shilajit from I have noticed the energy levels increase, mental clarity and back to feeling more like myself.

Highly recommend if you need a boost to your health.

The other thing in the photo is my old yoga mat...I have been getting that out for over a week now and stretching, moving, breathing first thing in the morning, INSTEAD of picking up the phone and getting my energy sucked out and my head filled with s**t I dont need to know.

Its made a huge difference.

Research shows that if you look at your phone first thing, you're more likely to be on it more during the day.

These 2 changes to my morning, have shifted a lot for me, so if you're dragging your arse, make a change!!!

As I spread the black gold or 2.5year old compost, I thought to myself, how this is like life.

We get rid of the old waste.
Freshen the ground of our mind.
And nourish it with new goodness.
Often, old wisdom passed on...

To feed our soul and grow within, we have to clean out the spaces that have gotten stale, cluttered and no longer produce.

Then we can add new nourishment through learning, to our waiting mindscape and wait for the new growth to bloom.

Where do you need to trim?
What are you feeding the mind?
Is wisdom something you seek?

The scale, precision and depth of the old hieroglyphs in the land of Kem (Egypt), is something to behold.

Yes, plenty were carved INTO the massive stones, but I witnessed a lot that weren't.

The ones in the pictures for example, are 3D images, they stand OUT from the stones.

Think about that.

You have to remove the stone you don't want, to make the image...the background is perfectly smooth, the picture itself is perfect.

The walls themselves hold frequency still, it can be felt, they hold knowledge of what was and most of all, they still whisper mystery.
To me, their creation is one.

How was it done?

Carved and polished?🤔😅

Let me know your thoughts, I have my own around this and its not the same as mainstream.

Egypt.

People ask me how it was...its difficult to put into words.

The sounds, smells, sights and most of all, feelings/vibrations, cannot be summed up with language.

It changed me.

To share it with my daughter was incredible and a dream come true for us both.

It has it all, beautiful people, temples, energetic hotspots, ancient history and mystery, wonderful food, mixed in with poverty, hardship, heat, dust, horses**t, beeping horns and not a fu***ng road cone in sight!

I'd heard that 'it gets under your skin' and now I know what that means...so much more to see and feel.

You were more than I expected.

This place sings songs, if you quiet the noise, drop in and FEEL...the old ways exist here, hidden in the spaces between time.

Hard to describe what one feels here, when the ways of old, land softly in the heart.

Long trip to charge my field in its presence, but worth the efforts expended...sometimes, 'once in a lifetime', is just that and its a privilege to have spoken to this special place.

Next stop, Egypt and a reunion with my daughter, as well as another land I have been connected to for lifetimes.
