A lot of sickness around, so looking after yourself is a priority.
Sleep is number 1.
Warm, wholesome foods.
Protect the body from draughts and keep warm.
Supplement vit D, Magnesium etc.
If you follow the seasons as we should, since we're technically mammals, winter is a time for rest, reflection, slowing down, warmth, community etc.
Most of us push on, push on and then the body says enough.
So look after you and nourish yourself at this time and everything will flow better.
I have spaces this week, Tuesday/Thursday, so if you haven't been in a while, consider getting some maintenance on the body, mind and spirit.
