This place sings songs, if you quiet the noise, drop in and FEEL...the old ways exist here, hidden in the spaces between time.

Hard to describe what one feels here, when the ways of old, land softly in the heart.

Long trip to charge my field in its presence, but worth the efforts expended...sometimes, 'once in a lifetime', is just that and its a privilege to have spoken to this special place.

Next stop, Egypt and a reunion with my daughter, as well as another land I have been connected to for lifetimes.

Kia ora katoa, hope everyone is keeping warm, connected and well.
A lot of sickness around, so looking after yourself is a priority.

Sleep is number 1.
Warm, wholesome foods.
Protect the body from draughts and keep warm.
Supplement vit D, Magnesium etc.

If you follow the seasons as we should, since we're technically mammals, winter is a time for rest, reflection, slowing down, warmth, community etc.

Most of us push on, push on and then the body says enough.

So look after you and nourish yourself at this time and everything will flow better.

I have spaces this week, Tuesday/Thursday, so if you haven't been in a while, consider getting some maintenance on the body, mind and spirit.

Sometimes we can enter into dimensions we feel, but cannot perceive with our limited senses.

Took these photos as the space seemed to take on an 'other worldly' hue, in the moment.

A month later, I know why.

There's no 'photoshop' or anything, I honestly don't know how🤣

But there is definitely a blessing of presence...

Cooler temps outside are perfect for Sauna!✨️

Some people don't want to go into the ocean in the dark (fair enough).

But when it's cold outside, you lie on the grass and let the earth take the heat out of the body...stand around and cool down.

And of course, the cold shower option is available...which, when you're literally steaming, feels amazing!

So don't be scared, come along and try it out, you'll love it, trust me...warm to bones🔥
