Hi, I'm Andrew. I'm currently offering free counselling sessions through Turning Point Trust as part of my Bachelor of Counselling training.

If things have been feeling overwhelming or hard to talk about, counselling can offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore what matters most, at your own pace and in your own way.

My approach is warm, respectful, and accepting. Whether you're facing something specific or just need space to think things through, I offer a place to be heard, to reflect, and to begin making sense of things.

All sessions are private, and I am regularly supervised by a registered counsellor while in training.

If you're curious or feel this might be helpful, you're very welcome to get in touch.

He moana pukepuke e ekengia e te waka 💙

Healing looks different for everyone — and no one has to navigate it alone.
This month we're recognising Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a time to acknowledge the courage it takes to heal, and to remind our community that support is here.
If someone discloses harm to you, the most important thing you can do is believe them.
We also have our Sexual Assault Awareness group running this Thursday 23rd at 11am — a safe space to connect with others and find support together.
If you or someone you know has experienced sexual harm, reach out to Tautokomai on 0800 2B SAFE (0800 227 233).
Nau mai, haere mai — you don't have to walk this alone 🧡
