Ease into the Holiday Season with our Unlimited Yoga Pass - just $110 for unlimited classes until 13 December.

Remember to choose classes suited to your level — we recommend starting with All Levels or Beginners sessions if you’re new. Any questions please reach out.

A New Offering: Experience the serenity of healing sound, song, and stillness with Debbie & Rob at TYC.

Join us on 7 November for a deeply relaxing evening at Tauranga Yoga Centre — guided first through the medicine of words, then into a soothing soundscape of healing instruments.

Debbie and Rob draw on over 20 years’ experience in Oriental Medicine and 15 years of offering sound events to the community, combining wisdom and presence to support harmony in body and mind.
