Congratulations on starting or expanding your family! My name is Tracey and i have been a Lead Maternity Carer (midwife) in Tauranga for over 11 years, and was born and raised in this beautiful city. Midwifery is my passion, i strive to provide women and their families with the best possible experience and it would be my honor to share your journey into parenthood with you. I believe childbirth is a natural life event and have great respect for our amazing bodies and what they are capable of. Most pregnancies and deliveries occur without complication, however if the need should arise it is my job to keep you and your baby safe and seek the medical assistance required. My practice is woman centered, with informed choice and consent being the key to this. I choose to take a small caseload of 2-3 per month, allowing me to provide quality care and build strong relationships/partnerships with the mums and families in my care, while also allowing me to maintain a balanced work-family life.
