I’m working normal hours from Thursday morning. Though not a full list as there will be “sanitising breaks” between patients.

Please use the hand sanitiser at the front door There will be a few questions on general health specific to flu symptoms that you will be asked when booking and should symptoms arise on the day, treatment will be postponed.

PPE will be being used.

I hope this finds you well and rested.

Now we are at level 3 Lock-down for a trial period of 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, as Osteopathy involves very close contact, it is contrary to the rules on safe distance and I am unable to open the clinic during this time.

Once I have a date to move to level 2, I will begin taking face-to-face appointment bookings.

I am still happy to offer advice over the phone, and via videoconference as I have been in level 4.

During this time I have taken apart my treatment table, eased joints, cleaned rust off washers and greased all moving parts. (Not quite an Osteopathic treatment , I have not used mineral grease or spanners with a patient yet, nor is that planned.)

The treatment table now rises as quietly and as smoothly as it did when it was new.

I’m very much looking forwards to working and finding ways to renew your function and resolve your aches and pains.
