Have you tried a reformer based class yet?
The reformer adds assistance and resistance as you need it and the smaller class size (max. 6) helps you to progress more quickly.
Ideally come twice a week, but classes are booked individually to suit your schedule đ
Term 2 Reformer classes at the Miles Lane Studio:
Mondays: 9am, 4:30pm & 5:40pm
Wednesdays: 7:45am & 8:55am*
Thursdays: 9:30am*, 4:30pm & 5:40pm
Fridays: 9am^
* Strong and Stable classes
^ Intermediate+
All other classes are âMixed Abilityâ
Booking is online via the website. Choose the $20 Trial class for your first one. After that, you can either book single classes at $33 each or prepay $240 for an 8 class pass đ
Reformer classes are a full 60 mins so we have time for some lovely stretches too
