Football injury prevention programs ⚽️
A study compared different interventions and determined that a general knee control program is more beneficial in some aspects than the traditional fifa 11 type.
While it showed this, all exercise is good exercise.
The control program consisted of
- 5 minutes of running
- bilateral and unilateral squats
- lunges
- hamstring exercises
- core exercises
- jumping and landing exercises.
2 rounds during every training session.
