A week of being sick is not my idea of fun.
I have had my diffusers going, been taking oils internally and using topically with little help. Off to the doctors for some extra assistance. I have a sinus infection that has been messing with my head. Glad to had some extra support. My oils are still supporting me and my family as I mend.
