Sunset yoga, sauna & ice is back at the Sanctuary next Thursday evening - just as the sun goes down.

We’ll begin with a 60-minute yoga flow, guided in nature by , followed by 90 minutes of contrast therapy guided by me, Amy from .

Mental Health Mondays

A year of showing up.
A year of tending to the heart of the community.
