Breathwork is coming to the sanctuary 🌿

For the next couple of weeks, I’m offering complimentary guided breathwork and meditation as an add-on to contrast therapy sessions. This is part of my practice period as I build confidence and prepare to officially launch my new services and packages.

Book a solo contrast therapy session for $45 or a couples session for $60 and let me know if you'd like to receive an additional 20 minutes of breathwork and meditation—free of charge.

All sessions are held outdoors in nature, creating a serene and healing environment.

Please note: Breathwork add-ons are not available on Mental Health Monday appointments.

Hauora Sanctuary isn’t just nestled in nature - it’s grounded in community, connection, and sustainability. I use only non-toxic cleaning products, operate with eco-conscious practices, and every drop of water you drink, shower in, or plunge into comes straight from Ranginui - the sky above.

So when the sun shines, I’m grateful.
And when it rains, I’m grateful too cause 🌧️

If I say eco friendly and sustainable business practices with nature and Mother Earth as a high priority I truly mean it. This is not a trend. This is not to tick a box. This is Hauora Sanctuary.
