Some spring moments of joy; California quail coming for a korero in the mornings, kingfishers, the bees, the sun rising, the sunsets, growing kai, my son being involved, community, small pop up events with , the tui starting to come back, the trees growing, the green, the smiles, massages, community, mental health Mondays.

What an honour it is to work alongside Mother Nature and be in her elements 🍃

join us for a (or some) summer evening of rejuvenation at hauora sanctuary. beginning with a 60-minute yoga flow with verena from followed by roughly 90-minutes of contrast therapy with amy.

we’ve just released the first 6 classes to take us through till Christmas | 5:30-8pm | pyes pa

Wednesdays yarn with my nag champa.
Yesterday marked one year since I opened Hauora Sanctuary. A hari huritau kia koe to her.
Hauora sanctuary is my silver lining of every high and every hardship in my life. Thank you for the support and for riding this journey with me.
I don’t intend on going anywhere but to keep adding to the toolbox. Mirimiri you’re up next.

The juggle never ends but it’s the little moments that refills the cup all at once. My mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health (te whare tapa wha). So yesterday when the cancellation came in it was locked in for a little girls date after work in the sanctuary.

A hot chocolate date on the beach with a hikoi up Mauao with my girls followed by a sauna back in the sanctuary. As someone who doesn’t take pre work outs or many supplements it was a trial to try this as a non stim pre workout. It was so so yummy and you wouldn’t know you’re getting all the goods for the brain and focus in there too without any yucky tingles 🍄‍🟫🧠🍄

Can confirm this is absolutely delicious and very very low cal (if you watch that too). Next time we decided we’re going to try it iced!
