I am often asked 'What is Esoteric Hypnotherapy?'
Esoteric Hypnotherapy is not like traditional hypnotherapy, which primarily focuses on reprogramming the mind. It is a deep, advanced spiritual healing work - one that works at the level of the soul and spirit.

Esoteric Hypnotherapy reaches into the hidden layers - the unseen realms of the soul, where soul carries karmic imprints, limiting patterns that cycle from lifetime to lifetime and soul wounds and contracts that shape our experiences.

There are many modalities designed to manage symptoms like anxiety, depression or persistent life challenges and emotional turmoil. Esoteric Hypnotherapy goes beyond managing symptoms - it directly addresses the spiritual root causes of these struggles.

In my own experience, I have found that many issues people face - whether emotional, psychological, relational, financial or even physical - are often deeply entangled in the soul’s journey across lifetimes. Esoteric Hypnotherapy provides a direct pathway to accessing the soul’s own wisdom, uncovering and clearing the spiritual origins of ongoing limiting and negative patterns, blockages and unresolved issues.
